This is a medium sized bowl for medium soups. Each bowl I make has different modifications to enhance its specialness. Some have little saucers for spices or a boiled egg. Others have a place for chopsticks, like this one. The glaze, with little grains of iron mixed in, has speckles but is smooth and reminds me of an ostrich egg.
