This curvaceous little bowl was the third in a set of a dozen tea bowls that I made in red and brown clays. I made this set to explore the way different glazes interacted with the clays, and also how I could modify the rim of the bowl to greater effect. This glaze has tiny bits of iron mixed in, which give it a spotted effect.
